This role offers exposure across marketing, campaigns, and administrative functions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact. What You’ll Do: Marketing: Develop property marketing content – Info Memorandums, submissions, and sales & leasing proposals using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) Lead marketing campaigns – upload listings, manage signboards, photos, EDMs, LinkedIn tiles, and more Create marketing quotes & invoices in Xero and monitor campaign budgets Assist in social media strategy and execution via Canva, LinkedIn, and Instagram Maintain high standards of branding across all internal and external content Administration: Order company searches, titles, and leases for agents Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks Maintain CRM and listing systems (HubSpot), liaising with support teams as required Organise company events, travel, and in-house activities Assist with staff onboarding – headshots, tech setup, business cards, and merchandise Support company sponsorships and fundraisers What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) & Canva Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and marketing creativity Excellent communication and initiative Interest in commercial property, particularly the Brisbane industrial market Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm If you thrive in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same and you’re ready to take ownership of marketing campaigns while keeping operations running smoothly, this is your next career move.
