The YPARC service is a residential program offering intensive short-term treatment to young people experiencing mental health challenges.
As a Team Leader, you will provide support and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery-oriented services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and promote lived experience approaches within the team.
* Lead the delivery of tailored services to young people, carers, and families with dedication to excellence.
* Provide practice supervision to staff providing direct support.
* Manage administrative tasks supporting co-design development activities within delegated authority.
* Facilitate team cohesion by promoting common values and principles among diverse practices.
