The team

The Digital team supports the business systems and processes that enable excellence in regulatory operations. It delivers user-centred design services and manages the development of ASIC's core regulatory platforms — including the ASIC CRM, ASIC Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search, and associated data and document repositories — as well as ASIC's key external digital channels such as the corporate website.

The role

As an Operations Analyst, you will support the delivery of effective, accurate and timely work across the Digital Hub, including administration, project support, ad hoc reporting, internal communications, procurement and business continuity management.

Responsibilities
* Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the Digital Hub runs efficiently.
* Prepare procurement documentation and coordinate with Procurement as needed.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve operations.
* Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards and other outputs to inform decision‐making.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and explore suitable technology solutions.
* Contribute to enterprise digital innovation initiatives, including navigating approval processes for POCs and solution implementation.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships across ASIC to support effective communication, change and reporting.
* Contribute to reports, presentations and committee papers.
* Support business readiness for process and system changes, including delivering training, communications and updates to learning materials.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate to support operations, reporting and project outcomes.
* Effective planning and organisational skills to deliver accurate work on time.
* Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, ASIC systems and technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint RCR, ASIC Search and RDR.
* Ability to work with subject matter experts to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
* Strong business writing and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Ability to work independently with accountability for outcomes.
* Competency in Power BI and Excel is desirable but not essential.
* Experience developing or maintaining learning resources.
