Responsibilities
* Support the development and enhancement of web‑based applications using technologies such as .NET, C#, VB, and JavaScript.
* Collaborate with users, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
* Document and maintain custom applications to ensure clarity, maintainability, and ease of support for other team members.
* Adhere to best practices and high standards in software development.
* Provide end‑user support for custom applications, including troubleshooting and resolving defects or bugs.
* Conduct unit testing, and coordinate user acceptance and integration testing with related systems.
* Translate business processes and challenges into effective technical solutions.
* (Desirable) Experience or familiarity with legacy systems or ERP platforms such as Syspro or SAP.
