LEWBEC PTY LTD t/a Neilsons Kitchen- TRARALGON, VIC, is seeking an experienced and talented CHEF for a full‑time position ($79.5K-81K per year). You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes for our customers and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant and cafe.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and cook a range of meals and dishes to the highest quality standards
* Ensure all food preparation and cooking is carried out in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
* Adhere to stock control and inventory management processes, including ordering stock
* Train staff
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Chef/Cook in a cafe or restaurant environment
* Seasoned culinary professional with a creative flair and in-depth understanding of menus, textures, and techniques
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* A passion for creating delicious, high‑quality meals
* Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

At LEWBEC PTY LTD t/a Neilsons Kitchen - TRARALGON - VIC, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment. An annual salary between $79,500 and $81,000 plus superannuation per year will be paid to the right candidate.
