Our clients project pipeline is expansive, spanning commercial, industrial, residential, education, and health care sectors, with individual projects valued up to $200 million. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced Structures Foreman to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.
The Role
* Structures Foreman on a multi level luxury residential development and associated retail precinct
* Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
* Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
* Excellent build knowledge and people management
* We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
* Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
* A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role
* Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
* An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
Whats on offer
* $160,000 - $190,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
