We are searching for a confident and driven sales professionals to join Gosford Volkswagen at Central Coast Motor Group.
To succeed in this position, you will be a hard-working and dynamic sales person capable of providing an exceptional level of service to all guests visiting our dealership. You will need to be customer centric with a passion for success and the ability to connect with customers on their level.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career orientated individual looking to take their sales skills and customer service to the next level. Experience is preferred but not essential as our manager is willing to train the right individual with transferable experience but the applicant must have a passion for customer service excellence and sales experience.
Day-to-day you can expect to;
* Provide our guests with market leading customer service.
* Demonstrate class leading vehicle features and benefits whilst ensuring they meet your customer's needs.
* Ensure a high level of pre- and post-sale service to every guest.
* Follow up sales leads and identify opportunities for new and repeat business.
* Maintain pristine dealership presentation.
* Farm and cultivate our current customer database.

* Vehicle sales experience is a bonus, a previous KPI-driven sales role is essential.
* A flair for the sales environment, with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience, every time is a must.
* Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiating skills.
* Sound computer skills, with the flexibility to learn new systems.
* The energy to work in a face-paced dynamic and friendly environment.
* A valid driver's license
* Prepared to work an 11-day fortnight.
* Driven by reward and willing to go the extra mile.
