About The Role
We are looking for a social media superstar to manage our social accounts, create engaging content, optimize pages, and build community interactions. The role requires knowledge of various platforms, analytics, and a focus on driving engagement and revenue.
This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours/week), ideally aligned with Melbourne, Australia time zone.
Requirements
* At least 1+ years of social media experience
* Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
* Based in South Africa
* Skilled in copywriting and creative content creation
* Familiar with Facebook pixel installation and diagnostics
* Proven digital literacy and social media marketing success
* Ability to analyze online traffic and engagement metrics
* Teamwork skills to identify and leverage social media trends
* Experience as a social media marketer or digital media specialist
* Excellent communication, editing, and presentation skills
* Knowledge of social analytics tools and online marketing channels
* Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and organized
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies for clients
* Create and share daily original content (text, images, videos)
* Optimize company pages for increased visibility
* Moderate user-generated content according to policies
* Analyze social data and insights to improve performance
