About the Position
This Speech Pathologist role presents a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of clients from diverse backgrounds. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide services for mixed caseloads with Early Childhood Assessment (ECA). This varied workload includes adult and pediatric clients with mental health, complex trauma or intergenerational trauma, psychosocial, younger ASD/ID participants, behaviors of concern, and adult physical/neuro presentations.
* Conduct assessments in various environments such as clients' homes, day centers parks or even at the beach
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop innovative solutions for client care through collaboration with MDT team members
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations. They must also have a strong ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective teamwork.
