About the Role The Retail Sales Administrator provides sales coordination, project management, analytical and administrative support to the National Field & Retail Sales Managers and the wider Retail Sales team including the Field Team and Team Dyson.Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain and update Repsly CRM with relevant team and store dataBuild questions into Repsly forms for standard Team Dyson formsBuild & maintain Field Territory & Team Dyson coverage files & ensure all reporting & tools are synchronisedInternal liaison, collaboration and coordination with various departments to assist with the execution of required field promotions/activities, e.g., Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, Capability and National AccountsCollate and maintain field fund return on investment (ROI) process portalMS Teams creation, folder management and maintenance to ensure effective & efficient resource/information accessibilityBudget forecasting for conference, meeting and event costs (overheads costs)Support onsite and offsite Sales Meetings, Regional Development Manager conferences, Team Dyson conferences and Training eventsAssist FRSMs with onboarding new team membersProvide analysis of performance data to the Field teamManage rosters and contractsSupport recruitment and induction for Team DysonLead & manage 3rd party agencies for projects/coverageActivities related to Team Dyson, including data, uniforms, reporting, communications, training, logistics, and data analytics About You To succeed in this role, you will have strong time management skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
