Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor
Full-time (Part-time considered for the right candidate) | Mini Golf & Driving Range | Melbourne's East
Do you love rolling up your sleeves, solving problems on the go, and taking pride in keeping a place running at its best? We're looking for a Senior Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and help us keep our golf park safe, well-maintained and looking fantastic.
This is a hands-on role with a focus on practical trade work. You'll take the lead in maintaining our adventure golf course, clubhouse and driving range while guiding our small maintenance team. From day-to-day repairs to bigger upgrade projects, you'll be right in the middle of the action.
What you'll be doing
* Rolling up your sleeves with hands-on building and maintenance tasks – carpentry, welding, bricklaying, turf laying and more
* Keeping the facility in top shape with proactive maintenance and repairs
* Running weekly safety checks to make sure everything's safe and sound
* Working with the General Manager and Directors on ideas and upgrades
* Supporting the maintenance team, making sure jobs are done safely and to a high standard
* Making sure all work is done in line with OHS requirements
What we're looking for
* At least 5 years' experience in building/facilities trades or maintenance supervision
* Strong general trade skills and technical know-how
* Someone organised who can juggle priorities and meet deadlines
* A practical problem solver with great attention to detail
* A hands-on leader who enjoys getting involved in the work
* Proactive, resourceful and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude
* People-focused, approachable, and flexible in your way of working
* Australian citizenship or valid work visa with full working rights
