An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Manager to join ServiceStream in our Regency Park office.
About the Role
ServiceStream's Utilities and Infrastructure division are currently seeking a Field Manager to join our growing company. You will be responsible for managing the safe and compliant delivery of services to Service Stream clients whilst maintaining profitability and growth targets
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Regency Park, SA
Reporting Line: Metering Manager
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding contractual KPI's across multiple Meter Provider contracts Nationally that fall into this portfolio ensuring that operational requirements are achieved, comply with company policies, procedures and statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, direct, manage and coordinate the activities of employees and sub-contractors under your control performing small and large market metering and ancillary services
- Lead and maintain a positive team - to motivate people to achieve the highest levels of job satisfaction
- Mentor and develop your direct reports as necessary to achieve corporate and customer objectives.
- Participate in operational meetings with Clients (as required)
- Responsible for delivering the commercially agreed audit program and managing the audit results
