As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Level 1 IT Technician to join our awesome (even if we do say so ourselves) support office team in Bundall
As the first point of contact for technical support, you'll respond to common IT requests — including password resets, hardware setup, connectivity issues, and software support — across a network of clinics and support offices. You'll also use a service desk platform to manage tickets and escalate more complex issues to senior technicians when needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide first-level support for a variety of IT issues across veterinary clinics and support offices
* Troubleshoot routine tech issues, including device setup, software queries, and network access
* Support the rollout and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software across multiple veterinary clinic sites (Meraki, Ubiquiti, 3CX)
* Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets through a service desk platform
* Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
* Manage user access to Microsoft 365, clinical systems, and other business tools
* Collaborate with Level 2 support and vendors for escalated issues
* Communicate clearly and respectfully with clinical and admin staff
What You'll Need:
* Certificate IV in Information Technology (or currently completing)
* 12-18 months' experience in a similar support or helpdesk role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, printers, and basic networking
* Bonus: Exposure to clinical software such as ezyVet, RxWorks, or Vision
Why you'll love working with us:
* A supportive and collaborative team that values your input.
* A role where you can make a real impact through accuracy and process improvement.
* Ongoing learning, development, and support.
* Flexible work options, such as one day of working from home per week or a 9-day fortnight (full-time).
* Complimentary snacks and Friday afternoon team drinks.
* Access to an Employee Assistance Program and qualified Mental Health First Aiders.
* We are proud to be "Great Place to Work" - Certified
* Monthly in-office massages.
* Paid parking and bring-your-pet-to-work days
* A modern, fun office environment located opposite HOTA.
* Fitness Passport
