About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
You will be the first point of contact for customers at our Renmark branch, providing them with seamless and consistent support every day.
Your main responsibilities will include identifying suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
You will also demonstrate our digital banking options to customers, making it easy and secure for them to manage their finances.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has excellent communication skills.
