Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily maintenance operations and respond to urgent repairs.
* Supervise contractors, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
* Oversee statutory testing, maintenance records, and asset performance management.
* Manage Building Management Systems (BMS), infrastructure shutdowns, and maintenance scheduling.
* Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency projects.
* Develop strong working relationships with hospital teams and external partners.
About You
Essential:
* Broad experience in facilities or maintenance management within complex sites.
* Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and building services principles.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to lead contractors and engage with clients on a daily basis.
Desirable:
* Healthcare or critical environment experience.
* Trade qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC).
* Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Experience with high-voltage or essential services operations.
