The Role:
Lendlease’s Construction business is seeking a highly experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our dynamic national team. Based in our head office and reporting to the Submissions Manager, Metros and Major Projects, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the production and delivery of tender submissions, presentations, proposals, and collateral related to submissions. You will be part of a collaborative team and, where required, support deliverables on large submissions involving multiple coordinators.
About you:
You are a driven, confident individual with strong writing, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. You understand the opportunities and obligations of working in a high-pressure, timeline-driven environment within a large organization.
Your professional experience will demonstrate your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-focused, collaborative environment with like-minded, client-service-oriented individuals, exhibiting an above-and-beyond attitude. The role may require interstate travel within a flexible working environment.
Your recent experience should demonstrate capability against the following key selection criteria:
* Previous knowledge and understanding of a submissions environment
* A positive, proactive attitude focused on delivering exceptional results
* Advanced skills in InDesign and Word; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office products
* Excellent written and verbal English language skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively and prioritize work
* Willingness to provide support beyond the everyday role
* Graphic design experience is advantageous
