Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase orders through to fulfillment ensuring timely and accurate handling
* Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers addressing queries on pricing turnaround technical details and product information
* Maintain and update customer data product information and interactions in our database management systems
* Collaborate with manufacturing logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and optimize business processes
* Support sales representatives and account managers in managing customer accounts lead follow-ups and cross-selling opportunities
* Sources evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely supply
* Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders in line with business needs and procurement policies
* Identify process improvements contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
