About Our Graduate Development Program
This well-rounded Graduate Development Program offers a comprehensive knowledge of our work, valuable experience in the public sector, and an understanding of Australia's biggest policy developments.
Program participants will have the opportunity to:
* Engage in three rotations over an 11-month program, gaining diverse perspectives and skills
* Participate in an intensive and engaging development program, tailored to their career goals
* Access a calendar of learning and development, networking events, and activities that foster personal and professional growth
* Benefit from a mentor and buddy program for support throughout the process
* Achieve a guaranteed position upon successful completion of the program
To be eligible, applicants must:
* Have completed an undergraduate degree or higher within the last three years (2023 onwards) or be in their final year of study (to be completed by January 2026)
* Maintain a credit average throughout their degree
* Be an Australian citizen and obtain a security clearance at the Baseline level
* Be willing to relocate to Canberra with relocation assistance offered to successful candidates
