We are a locally owned franchise business, with the national support of H&R Block, the largest preparer of tax returns in Australia. All our staff have the opportunity to participate in the H&R Block tax, administration and management training programs.
Role Description
This is a permanent on-site role as the receptionist at H&R Block Glen Innes, in northern NSW. You will oversee the day-to-day office operations including answering client questions in person and over the phone, manage staff and client schedules, coordinate meetings, handle paperwork, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Sound computer skills are essential
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Must be able to work as part of a team and on your own
* Keen interest in accounting and taxation is a must
* Willingness to undertake additional training as required
* Experience working in an office is preferred, but not essential
* Must have Australian work rights
