About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role, driving Line of Business efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis, process optimisation, and strategic insights. This role will draw on extensive experience in business analysis to accurately document stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into future state process maps and solutions design documents that deliver on those requirements. Through the orchestration of team collaboration, the Senior BA will find opportunities for process improvement and automation. They will also provide actionable recommendations that present the commercial, customer and technical trade-offs to support informed decision-making; translating business needs into clear functional requirements, designs and specifications that can be well understood by the programs delivery teams. The role will be responsible for coordinating complex program deliverables, managing scope and timelines, and facilitating effective communication amongst cross-functional team members.
What we'd love to see from you: - Prior experience as Senior Business Analyst or as a process improvement professional working in a team environment- Experience in helping to re-define business processes to meet evolving customer expectations, in particular an ability to understand the challenge of existing business rules and business processes- A solid understanding of agile system of work and how to identify areas of improvement and influence change- Proven Business Analysis experience in a commercial product or software development organisation- Good understanding of SDLC principles including agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Continuous Delivery- Demonstrable involvement or engagement with the business analysis community and agile community Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
