Salary Package: 80k per year
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a culinary role, managing restauran/cafes
* chef certificate
* Proven track record in food and labor cost controls, budget management, and maintaining departmental budgets.
* Strong knowledge of current culinary trends, innovations, and health regulations.
* Creativity and ability to maintain the highest standards of the restaurant.
* Ability to enforce regulations in a courteous and polite manner, with a positive attitude.
* Specific healthy organic experience is a must
