Senior Aquatic Program Manager
A unique opportunity exists to lead a team of skilled professionals in delivering swimming programs in Batemans Bay.
The role encompasses strategic business growth planning, staff development, creating business drivers and marketing strategies to increase awareness of programs, fostering relationships with schools for their swimming development, and maintaining consistency of service across sites.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Delivery of Children's Programs at Eurobodalla Pools
* Management of Learn to Swim, Squad, and Aquatic Programs at Eurobodalla Pools
* Recruitment, Supervision, and Performance Management of Staff
* Maintenance of Relationships with Key Industry Bodies and Service Providers
* Effective Programming of the Aquatic Space
* Support for Membership Campaigns
* Leadership and Education of Teaching Teams
* Representation of Learn to Swim Programs within Eurobodalla
This role requires travel to Narooma and Moruya pools.
