One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is seeking Multiple Test Engineers to support the delivery of a major ICT cloud modernisation Program. The successful candidate will work within a high-performing ICT delivery team responsible ensuring reliable, secure, repeatable, and compliant delivery of cloud services. The Test Engineers will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test cases and plans to validate that defined configuration is in place. The successful Test Engineers will be offered an initial contract until 30 June 2026, with a 2x12-month extension.
The successful Test Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Design, implement, and execute test cases and plans to validate CI/CD pipelines
* Testing execution including functional testing, non-functional requirement (NFR) testing, and performance testing.
* Validate environment configuration management, version control artefacts, and release management processes
* Supporting cloud landing zone and IaC deployments to enable cloud Modernisation initiatives
The successful Test Engineers will have experience in the following:
* Demonstrated experience testing cloud configuration, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines
* Demonstrated experience ensuring secure and repeatable application and infrastructure deployments
* Experience developing and executing test cases and plans to validate CI/CD pipeline
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements.
