Lead national advocacy and policy impact across the three strategic pillars of Recognition, Remuneration and Respite.Maintain a collaborative, supportive federated network.Diversify and grow revenue, including through philanthropy, partnerships and grants.Sustain and evolve a people-centred organisational culture.Partner constructively with an aligned and forward-looking Board.

Remuneration
