Key Role in Workplace Solutions
We're seeking a confident and technically skilled Presales Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge workplace solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
This role involves leading solution development, presenting compelling outcomes to clients, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include partnering with customer account teams, developing tailored UC/EX solutions, and translating business needs into solution architecture.
* Develop tailored UC/EX solutions in partnership with customer account teams
* Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into solution architecture
* Presentation and articulation of solution designs to clients with clarity and confidence
* Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives in presales discussions
* Collaborate with Enterprise and Consulting Architects to build multi-technology solutions
* Act as the technical bridge between sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
* Drive profitability and repeatability in solution design across the portfolio
* Mentor colleagues and contribute thought leadership across the wider team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong ownership mindset with a drive to achieve successful outcomes
* Proven experience in technical presales and solution architecture
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence
* Deep understanding of Cisco UC technologies (Webex, UCCX, Dedicated Instance)
* Expertise in Microsoft collaboration tools including Teams Voice and Video
* Experience designing video conferencing solutions (Cisco, Poly, Logitech)
* Familiarity with Digital Workspace and As-a-Service offerings
* Ability to integrate Cisco and Microsoft platforms seamlessly
* Strong vendor relationship management and collaboration skills
* Highly desirable: Experience with AV/video room solutions, AWS, Google Cloud, NICE CXone, and Microsoft BI/AI
