What you'll be doing:
1. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
2. Support payment processing systems and integrated systems
3. Handle ad hoc technical support requests from customers
4. Build and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
5. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
6. Experience in payment processing, fuel industry or retail POS desirable but not essential
You bring:
1. A strong IT or engineering background
2. Computer literacy
3. Solid networking and troubleshooting experience
