In this role, you’ll build, nurture, and grow our trade partnerships, aiming to deliver impressive results and create long-lasting connections that keep our business thriving.
Hudson Mitre 10 Group is seeking an experienced Trades Account Manager to join and help lead its expanding trade division. This role services NSW in the Campbelltown area and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving company.
Let's Talk About You
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, including builders, contractors, and construction professionals.
* Promote the company's extensive range of timber and hardware products, providing expert advice and solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish a strong presence in the market.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the trade division.
* Collaborate with the trade team and other departments to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
* Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
You are likely to be a match if you have:
* Experience in trade sales, preferably within the timber and hardware industry.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sound product knowledge with the ability to provide technical advice.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in pursuing opportunities.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
