The Role
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Centre Manager within our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre, providing leadership and motivation to your team, and impacting the day-to-day operational running of the site. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group.
Responsibilities
1. Production Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition in line with AMA and Work Provider quality standards.
2. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and vehicle repairs to pre-accident condition.
3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers through professional interactions.
4. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure site profitability, review P&Ls, budgets, KPIs, and management reports using provided tools.
5. Leadership and People Management: Manage staffing levels and processes, and foster positive relationships with work providers.
6. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe site by adhering to WHS policies, procedures, and reporting safety incidents promptly.
