Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families.
* Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* A minimum of 12 months post-study experience within an acute setting.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
