Responsibilities
Provide community-based one-on-one support to younger clients in the CPA Youth Program.
Encourage independence by taking clients out into the community.
Deliver youth-specific initiatives such as School Leavers Employment Support (SLES), Afternoon Club, and Masterclass sessions.
Qualifications
A client-focused and growth mindset – you're open to learning and ready to make a difference.
Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred; a can-do attitude is key.
NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above).
Physical capability to support clients with mobility and transfers.
Availability for a minimum of 3–4 days per week (20+ hours) and flexible shifts between 9am – 7pm.
Comfortable travelling across the Northern Beaches region.
