About the Role
Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join us as a Team Leader. Combine your passion for nurturing outdoor spaces with your talent for people leadership and showcase your skills and develop new ones.
You will be caring for a variety of sites across Brisbane, being based in Salisbury.
Lead and develop a dedicated team
Schedule and prioritise tasks and direct team activities
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team
Conduct regular inspections to assess site condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions
Liaise with the client to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates
Actively participate in team tasks alongside your team
Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and arrange for repairs as needed

About You
You will be a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
Qualifications in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or relevant field is highly desirable but not essential
Blue Card (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
Strong team leadership experience
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
White Card
Valid Drivers' license is a must.
