Base Salary up to $139,300 pa Salary Sacrifice for up to $18,550pa (Not for profit) Office based centrally between Darwin City and Berrimah (Free Parking) Opportunity for flexible workplace arrangements Generous leave entitlements Professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain quality management systems related to primary care Monitor, interpret, and report on key health data to improve services Manage and coordinate outreach services and support multidisciplinary teams Develop and implement clinical systems supporting chronic disease management and health screening Promote Aboriginal Health Practitioners as first-line care providers Drive accreditation activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives Manage resources, budgets, and Medicare processes Support workforce development through orientation, mentoring, and professional development About You Registered Nurse with AHPRA and relevant postgraduate qualification Extensive experience in Remote Area Nursing and team management Strong understanding of Aboriginal health issues, cultural safety, and social determinants of health Expertise in health data interpretation and quality improvement Excellent interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and IT skills Willingness to travel to remote communities by air and road Current Police Check and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain) Full Australian working rights Desirable Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications in Public Health, Primary Health Care, or related fields Additional certifications in Child Health, Emergency, Midwifery, or Mental Health Business-related qualifications Knowledge of Northern Territory health legislation and policies Ready to Change Lives?
