Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to bring change to life through compelling narratives, personalised journeys, and targeted learning. Deliver communications that land—from inspiring campaigns to practical toolkits and digital content. Coach and guide leaders to lead change effectively while building resilience across the organisation. What you’ll bring …We’re looking for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with strong emotional intelligence. You’ll be confident working across complex initiatives, engaging with senior leaders, and simplifying change for diverse audiences. Key skills and experience include: Proven experience leading large, complex business change initiatives Strong strategic communications expertise—able to craft messages that cut through. Hands-on experience with digital content creation (intranet, infographics, training materials, videos). Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Change management certification and tertiary qualification in business, HR, psychology, or similar.
