Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage the payroll process for our organization.
* Key responsibilities include processing fortnightly payroll with accuracy and timeliness, collaborating with HR and Business Operations teams to finalize timesheets in line with rosters, managing payroll administration, employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, terminations, leave, pay changes), and maintaining payroll records and systems.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations, including Superannuation, STP, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation, Child Support, Paid Parental Leave, reimbursements, and entitlements.
