Our client is seeking a very experienced and strong Residential Property Manager to manage between 170 tenancies with fantastic administration and leasing support
With long standing employees and a fun and professional culture, the team put a lot of resources into training, career advancement and development.
Majority of the portfolio is local to the office and within 5-10 kms at the most.
About the role
Monday to Friday - NO WEEKNDS!
WFH 1 day every week and flexible start/finish times
Property Me, IRE, Inspection Express
Thorough Handover and Induction
Carpark provided off street
Receive 50% of the letting fee for all new business brought on

About You
Friendly, team orientated and Can-do attitude
Thorough Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills
Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised
Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships
Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate Services and reliable car/valid Drivers License
