**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a diligent, collaborative and driven individual to join our motivated and friendly HR team
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Officer will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across the business, provide HR advice/guidance to managers and staff across CBS, contribute to workforce development projects as well as manage a large portion of the HR administration. The HR team operates within a complex, sensitive and changing environment and is required to exercise discretion, initiative and judgement under limited direction.

**About the Business**
The Attorney-General's Department (AGD) provides a range of legal, regulatory and other services for the government and people of South Australia. Employing around 1800 staff, AGD promotes justice by protecting people's rights, holding people to account according to the law, improving safety and contributing to an efficient and fair justice system.
Consumer and Business Services (CBS) is a division of the Attorney-General's Department and is responsible for protecting consumers, supporting and regulating businesses and recording significant life events for South Australians. CBS is customer focussed and flexible in its activities, providing accessible information and services.
CBS constitutes a large part of South Australia's business/consumer regulatory system and is the regulator for many businesses and professions.

**Special Conditions for Employment**
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
