Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to administer our Paediatric Surgical Education and Training program in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, selecting and assessing requirements, hospital accreditations, and documenting for committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive level administrative support to the Committee Chair and Committee Members.
* Provide secretariat support for the Committee including agenda, minutes and action lists.
* Maintain accurate records of all SET Trainees' clinical and assessment requirements.
* Identify and assign important issues for discussion.
* Provide advice on policies and procedures to inform Committee decisions.
* Prepare and maintain records and correspondence ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulations.
* Accurately report data and information to various bodies.
* Assist with special projects as required.
* Monitor and maintain budget, keeping accurate financial records.
* Maintain and update web pages and web content as required.
* Assist with the coordination of Hospital Accreditations.
* Act as a point of reference and correspond with current Paediatric Trainees.
* Liaise with other RACS Specialty Training Board/Committees, Regional Offices, Specialty Organisations and Government bodies.
Requirements:
* Excellent administration skills with experience in an Executive Officer role.
* Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to produce formal correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes.
* High level organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
* Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
Working Arrangements:
* Full-time position.
* Can be based in Melbourne or Sydney on a max term basis for 12 months.
* Occasional evening and weekend work for the attendance of committee meetings/events may be required.
