We are seeking a Property Manager, with desire, to join the Stockwell Retail Management Team to grow our portfolio of Stockwell Centre's across Queensland with an increase of expansion, new builds and development plans for our Centre's.
Position Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager of Retail, you will be responsible for maximising the Centre's profit and ensuring the day to day running of the Centre is in line with the Centre budget and strategy.
Maintaining strong working relationships with the retailers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Preparing and executing Centre budgets.
Working with the Operations Manager to ensure Centre presentation is to a high standard along with delivering the yearly capex projects.
Work closely with the Leasing Team to maximise Centre income.
Monthly reporting on financials and tenant sales.
What you will need to succeed in this role
Minimum 2 years' experience in shopping Centre management.
The ability to build rapport with stakeholders quickly – must love people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of team as well as autonomously.
Proactive and professional approach.
Travel required to Brisbane on a monthly basis.
