About Us

We’re seeking a Chef to join our tight‑knit team of four in a full‑time, permanent role. Cook honest, ingredient‑led food, learn from an experienced brigade and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of the region’s premier cellar‑door destinations.

This is a standout opportunity for a chef ready to elevate their craft in a premium, produce‑driven kitchen. Working closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef, you’ll refine your skills, contribute to exceptional dishes and bring the flavour of the Barossa to life — beautifully paired with our wines.

What You'll Do
• Deliver exceptional, honest food aligned to our food‑and‑wine philosophy
• Support functions, events and menu development
• Maintain stock, compliance, hygiene and equipment standards
• Uphold QSE policies and RSA requirements
• Prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients and assist with plating and presentation
• Keep the kitchen efficient, organised and running smoothly
What You'll Bring
• Completed chef apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• A genuine passion for cooking and growth in a high‑quality kitchen
• Flexibility for 7‑day operations and occasional after‑hours events
