Purpose of the role
Create engaging, on-brand copy across digital platforms, support campaign development, and ensure clear, consistent communication aligned with our tone of voice. Join the winner of IHAC's 2025 In-House Agency of the Year
Key priorities
1. Craft engaging copy across digital channels, including web, social, SEM, and campaigns.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling content that supports SEO, brand trust, and performance marketing.
3. Translate complex topics into clear, human language tailored to different audiences.
4. Ensure consistency with brand tone and messaging across all content.
5. Support creative development and campaign rollout alongside marketing and design teams.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement in content strategy, processes, and team ways of working.
7. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring content meets briefs and deadlines.
8. Monitor and optimise content performance through testing and data insights.
About You
Experience & Knowledge:
* 3+ years of creative and copywriting experience across digital channels (insurance/finance a bonus).
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life.
* Proven ability to write for different audiences and apply brand tone of voice.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
* Solid understanding of digital trends, content strategy, and working within a regulated industry.

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
