The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to Management to support our senior and leadership team across a busy and fast moving environment. This is a high volume, detailed driven role that requires outstanding organisation, discretion, and initiative.
The successful candidate will initially spend approximately the first six (6) months learning the fundamentals of our building and development operations, systems, and internal processes. This period is critical to understanding how the business functions and how each department interrelates.
Following this onboarding phase, the role will progress to working directly under management, providing high level administrative and operational support across the wider business group.
This position will suit someone who thrives in a demanding role, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy, following through, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct administrative and personal support to senior team/management
* Prepare correspondence, reports, documents, and presentations
* Assist with coordination across building, development, and office operations
* Maintain records, filing systems, and document control with strong attention to detail
* Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
* Support ad-hoc projects and operational tasks across the wider business group
* Basic reception tasks i.e answering incoming calls, maintaining office amenities.
* Available Monday – Friday, 8:00am/8:30am – 5:00pm
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator
* Experience within construction, building, development, or property is highly regarded
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent (highly regarded)
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and business systems)
* Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
* Ability to work autonomously while supporting a wider team
