Overview
Description: Leader Project Management – Contract 2 Years. Location: Tamworth, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Work with the broader business units and divisions to determine and clarify business needs and problems.
* Lead the development and delivery of technology projects from creation to completion, managing to the defined schedule, scope and budget of the project.
* Ensure all projects align with Council's standard project management framework, maintaining the necessary documentation, keeping registers current, and providing the necessary reporting according to defined timeframes.
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination and execution from initiation to completion, delivering on time, within scope and budget.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, track progress, manage risks, and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
* Coordinate internal and external resources across the portfolio of projects to ensure adherence to scope, schedule and budget, and monitor resources to maximise deliverable outcomes.
Qualifications
* Degree or formal qualifications in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, Change Management or similar, or equivalent relevant experience
* NSW Driver’s Licence
The Opportunity
Salary range: Grade 16 – $93,519.65 per annum plus 12% superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
