Our State Government client is seeking a Maintenance Support Officer to join their Townsville team. This busy role will see you deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring efficient and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a rapid-paced environment, meeting KPIs and deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure the effective and timely delivery of maintenance services
- Actively contribute to innovation and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and high standards of data management
About You:
- Proven experience in customer service and administration
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage conflict
- Results-focused with the ability to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
The Offer:
- Immediate start | $50.37 + Super
- Contract: 01/09/2025 – 3 months, with possible extension
