Main Responsibilities
* Maintain optimal safety and care practices.
* Support the Home Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive living environment for residents.
* Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans.
* Assign tasks effectively to residential care staff.
* Participate in household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and gardening.
* Administer medication to young people as required.
* Take turns performing overnight sleep-in duties.
