CORPORATE AND ALLIED HEALTH ADMINISTRATION - PART TIME

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Corporate and Allied Health Administration worker will be involved in a broad range of administration tasks across the Corporate and Allied Health service areas.
The applicant must be willing to work between 6:30 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday. Outside of these hours, shifts will be allocated as required and will attract penalty rates.
DUTIES:
General administration tasks including answering phone calls, arranging appointments, word processing, and filing
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Client referral entry and processing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Medical administration experience preferred
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Attention to detail with high accuracy
Robust organisation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
High computer literacy and ability to learn current systems quickly
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
A current driver's licence or ability to obtain one
A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain one
A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD) or ability to obtain one
A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain one
*No Card, No Start legislation requires the successful applicant to have a valid Blue Card before starting. IWC will cover the application costs.
SALARY PACKAGE:
Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum, increasing take-home pay by approximately $2,000 after probation
Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum (post-probation)
9-Day Fortnight for full time staff
Superannuation at 12%
Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%
