Responsibilities
The position reports directly to the Managing Director and is pivotal in expanding business opportunities by exploring new territories and strategic markets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will
* Conduct comprehensive market research to establish a viable sales strategy
* Develop and execute a business plan tailored to the assigned territory
* Conduct product reviews and comparisons with competitor offerings
* Provide detailed reports to the Managing Director with market insights and timelines
* Support existing agents with product and sales training initiatives
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Industrial Pump Industry and alignment to the Building Services Residential Market. You will possess
* Ability to develop and initiate strategic commercial sales plans aligned with engineering principles
* Successful track record in sales growth, mid-long sales cycles
* Hold high level communication, personal presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
* Potential experience in Sales in similar products segments – pumps, aircond, cooling, hot water, wastewater sectors
* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing/engineering supply chain processes and local regulations
* Excellent network of relevant industry contacts across Building Services Residential market
