Arvo Shift Warehouse Pick Packers / Forklift Operators - $42.90 – $43.62/hr + OT
We’re seeking multiple Warehouse Pick Packers and Forklift Operators for afternoon shifts in Rockhampton. Join a leading national food distribution company offering steady hours, great pay, and a supportive team environment.
If you’re new to warehousing or recently licensed on the forklift, training and support will be provided.
Additionally, there is an afternoon HR Driver/Stores role available – $50.05 per hour. This position involves moving trucks around the depot and assisting with warehouse duties.

A Typical Day on the Floor:
- Pick & Pack Orders: Work accurately and efficiently to prepare customer orders.
- Operate Forklifts: Move, load, and stack pallets in a safe and controlled manner.
- Maintain Standards: Keep your workspace tidy while following all hygiene and safety rules.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues for smooth operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Forklift Licence: A valid forklift licence is preferred. Whether you’re experienced or newly licensed, we encourage you to apply. Don’t have a licence yet but plan to get one soon? We’d still like to hear from you.
- Warehouse Experience : Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and experience in food distribution is a plus (but not essential-we'll train you!
- Physically Capable: Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet.
