About Us:
Primo Foods are currently seeking experienced forklift operators to join our business on a permanent full-time basis, located at our facility in Wacol, Brisbane. We are a reputable cold storage warehouse, dedicated to providing top-notch services to a leading food manufacturer. As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities (include but not limited):
- Operating LF forklifts, such as counterbalance, RC forklift and high reach (ongoing training provided)
- LO Order Picking - LO class forklift (Candidates with a current LO licence preferred. However, training can be provided for the right applicants if not held)
- Using EPJ's and RF Scanners to facilitate order picking processes
- Working in a cold storage FMCG environment while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Participating in pre-employment screening as required
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid LF forklift license (essential)
- LO licence preferred. Training can be provided if not held
- Previous experience working in a cold storage FMCG environment is highly desirable
- FULLUnlimited working rights in Australia
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to meeting job requirements
- Ability to work on the docks, loading and unloading trucks/ containers
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
