About The Role
Ramsay Health Care is seeking a full‑time Clinical Trials Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic Clinical Trials & Research Centre spanning New Farm Clinic, North West Private Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital. The successful individual will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of clinical trials and patient‑facing activities within the hospital, supporting the ongoing growth and development of the research unit. The Clinical Trials & Research Centre supports a range of clinical trials & research projects across several disciplines, including Mental Health, Oncology, Gastroenterology & Orthopaedics, with the expectation that the unit will continue to expand and support other clinical disciplines within the Hospital.
About You
* Nursing, Allied Health or Science / Research Qualification.
* Prior experience in clinical trials or clinical research projects with demonstrated understanding of the day‑to‑day operational requirements to support clinical trials & research projects that are both sponsored and investigator initiated.
* Demonstrated understanding of clinical trials methodology and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH‑GCP) requirements.
* Demonstrated leadership ability working in a multidisciplinary health care team.
* Demonstrable commitment to high professional standards in all aspects of work.
* Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise activities.
* Ability to develop rapport with patients and their families in stressful situations.
Desirable
* Experience in the development and cultivation of relationships with Clinical Trial Sponsors.
* Computer software, informatics, data collection, and/or media skills.
* Understanding of ethics and governance in clinical research.
* Understanding of importance of confidentiality and data integrity.

Requirements
* Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months).
