Calco Trusses and Timbers is a family-owned prefab and timber supply business based in South Geelong. The business is long established, steeped in tradition with a strong view to the future, and has grown substantially over the past few years to a staff number around 110 made up of management, sales, production, and logístical roles.

Calco Trusses and Timber require the services of an experienced prefabrication supervisor to run a factory on day shift.
**About the role**
- Daily supervision of staff, up to 20 employees
- Accountable for production outputs meeting KPI's
- Reporting machinery maintenance requirements
- Work closely with Production Manager to ensure correct production order and priority of assembly
- Contributing to the selection and training of new production staff
- Overseeing, reporting, and controlling safety issues and incidents in line with company policy and legislation
**About you**
- Experience in supervising/leading a team
- Experience within a prefab factory preferred, would highly consider a carpenter looking for a change
- Must be hands on and willing to help the team meet targets and lead by example

**Salary**: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
